Rotary Club of Slidell Launches Annual Beautiful Holiday Evergreen Fundraiser for Local Scholarships!
The spirit of giving is in the air as the Rotary Club of Slidell is thrilled to announce the return of our much-anticipated annual fundraiser, Beautiful Holiday Evergreens! This beloved event not only marks the beginning of the holiday season but also embodies the essence of Rotary’s commitment to service and education.
Hammond will be hosting a Movie Night Under the Stars on November 23, 2024, at Cate Square Park in Hammond.
Kids events will begin at 4:00 PM with the movie beginning at 6:00 PM.

November is a time for clubs and districts worldwide to highlight the impactful work of the Rotary Foundation. This month, clubs focus on educating members about the Foundation’s programs and encouraging contributions.
The Rotary Foundation, Rotary International’s charitable arm, supports global humanitarian and educational causes through two main funds:
Annual Programs Fund: Supports grants for global projects.
Permanent Fund: An endowment for sustaining long-term programs.
The Foundation addresses critical issues such as polio eradication, peace promotion, poverty reduction, literacy, and malnutrition. Join Rotarians in making a lasting impact by supporting the Foundation this month.
