Conference Silent Auction

This year's District Conference will be presenting a silent auction, offering businesses and clubs an opportunity to support Rotary by providing at least one item for auction, worth at least $50.00. A printed auction guide will include a descritpion of the item and a photo of the item, when appropriate. The deadline for item submission is January 31, 2008 and the deadline for items such as gift certificates/vouchers is February 28, 2008. When you've secured your item for auction, please contact Chris Harvey, President of the Rotary Club of Stennis Space Center, at cmh@olemiss.edu or 228.688.3061 to discuss pickup instructions or arrange for pickup.
